Taylor is the founder of Cool Points PLLC and the Administrative Manager at Sparks Behavioral Services. Taylor graduated with her Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Western Michigan University under the mentorship of Dr. Richard Malott and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2017. She has previously worked as a BCBA in a clinical setting with children and adolescents. As a clinician, she created behavior analytic programs to address skill deficits and individualized behavior reduction plans, provided training and feedback to direct-care staff, and creating and implemented caregiver training to maximize therapeutic benefit across environments. Taylor started Cool Points PLLC in 2019 as a way to solve problems related to sustainability and climate change through human behavior. Her future interests include launching Cool Points across a variety of organizational settings and conducting research to determine effective interventions to increase environmentally responsible behaviors.
